I believe, there cannot be one prescribed formula when you are designing for feelings. To design a space for soul and to build a sensation through architecture, one must engage with memories of life experiences and reflective knowledge of phenomenons. An architecture that is easy to feel is difficult to create. It requires personal engagement and an intimate relationship with the whole process of design.
To develop an atmospheric sensation is a way of working with lived experience and adding new experiences. Each building provides a new challenge to me and an opportunity for a new design approach to develop an atmospheric architecture.
Through research and the three projects presented, I have tried to identify different triggers that have helped me in designing experience from a certain intuitively established idea of a space.
